Change your mind? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that haven't been used and are in the same original packaging that you received.

  1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
    Tracking Numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

  2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order.
    * Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.

  3. *Non-Refundable Services: Shipping, shipping protection, priority processing, and priority shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer cancels their order at any time. *This applies to all orders starting from the point of purchase, whether they have been shipped out or not.
